TOMORROW
Saying that we'll do it the next day
But sometimes we don't realise
Tomorrow might not come anyway
"Tomorrow I will start to repent
I will do lots of sadaqah and pray
Tomorrow I will give others a smile
Tomorrow I'll repay all my debts of today"
But what if tomorrow never comes
and we return to Allah Almighty
We might regret not doing it today
Like REPENT, do daawah and give charity
For if you leave things till tomorrow
The next day might be just too late
Whatever we can do, do it all today
Give all that you can and DON'T YOU WAIT!

On Tuesday, while i was busy cooking for my family's evening meal, i received a call from my mom from M'sia...she said that my aunt, my dad's elder sister who was suffering from Parkinson's disease has passed away around 2pm. I thought i get to see her one more time before she goes..just 2 days before she died, i thought about her, thinking how is she now? is she getting worse? The last time i saw her was 2 years ago. Now.. juz remembering her. My aunt, a window at a very young age, with her only son shared a home with my other aunt's family (my dad's youngest sister). During her free time, she use to come over to my parents home, well almost everyday she drops by as she stays two houses away opposite of my parents home. It was during my primary school days. On several occasions we, my mom, my aunt, my sis and i, play board games...her favourite game is 'Monopoly'. We use to paster her to buy properties whenever she lands on one, my mom would ask her to buy it but she wouldn't..her excuse.."i don't have much money!" I would offer to give her my money for her to buy, then my mom would say.."u don't have to give..she already has alot in her hands..see..pointing". It's true but she uses her money carefully eventhough...it's only paper money. We had such fun...laughing...chatting...that was 'those' days but these memories will always be with me and can never die.

Last week, i hung up my Singapore flag of 6 years. Can imagine the red on the flag in more like pink...it has faded. Then i saw straight ahead..alamak! am i the only one who have put up the flag?? and i'm not even a Singaporean..juz a PR. The number of people hanging up their 'this is Singapore, ..we belong together...' flag has decreased. Where is the sense of patriotism? Today, i see at least 3 more S'pore flags hung up around my area of blocks...mmmm...wish i can hang Malaysia flag on 31st August (m'sia independence day, Merdeka!) kalau nak pun tak boleh..i don't have Malaysia flag...anyway memang tak boleh nanti kena tangkap pulak.

Wonder why somethings you don't ask for comes so easily and somethings u want doesn't?? An idea..why not just don't ask for the stuff u want perhaps u will get it !? Yeah right! it will never come, not in a billion years.. simple solution...Pray

I was reading some blogs yesterday for about an hour or so... wasted time la... only few blogs was interesting ..okla the interesting ones are worth reading. anyway, i should be doing sumthing else..which is worth doing. my son is sick, susah i feel, the running nose keep running down..and last nite he fell from a swivel chair while playing with his Big sister. He had a cut on his upper lip. kesian. i have a 2nd dentist appointment this coming Monday...half way through doing my root canal for my premolar tooth. One more Monday then it's done. Can't wait until it's over and done with. The pain i can take but the cost is too much! Kesian my hubby... had to pay for it. Hope i can repay him back..mmm hope can i?? :)

Yesterday, my hubby told me about this 'XieX..' blog being hacked or cracked. 'sampai keluar di newspaper!' So i opened up my ibook to see but keep typing out wrongly coz i don't know how to spell her blog name! The last time i saw her blog was like two weeks ago.. The first time i read her blog ..like.. a year ago ... i did not like it, so if i dislike her blog naturally i dislike her for her character. i thought 'what goes around comes around'. i hope my daughters don't come across her horrid blog which is filled with lots of 'f' and 'b' and all the foul words that comes across her month. Wonder why and how 'these' foul words juz flows so easily like saying 'Hello' and 'Bye'. It's like her Signature - maybe she is afraid that without 'those' words no one will find her blog appealing especially to the guys. Don't know what's wrong with these young girls (another girl, SPG)..they feel they need to write about SEX like a pro. very degradingla. I have come across other blogs which are so refreshing to read.
A blog is a journal of a person and they can say whatever they want into it but it is made public so it is more commercialised and not personal. She knows hundreds of people are reading her blog so she should be more careful in what she puts into her blog. I hope she writes her 'dreadful and mean thoughts' into her personal dairy, stored in her safe. Anyways, i'm sure she would somehow have her so called 'blog' up and running in a day or two from the google archives.
i can imagine how her heart felt pain and screaming inside when she found out she can't see her blog which she had it for 3 years! must have been dreadful. sad actually... i really hope she gets her blog up but hope she meadows down for her own sake. Last Saturday around 9.30pm, I noticed there were 2 fire engines on the opposite side of my block. Did not take much thought about it until about 10.50pm when i brought my son to bed, my hubby said he will go down to check out whatz happening. By then 5 police cars and another fire engine had arrived. Ten minutes later, my hubby called me and said that someone from the 10th floor at Blk 523 is sitting on the window ledge wanting to jump. So all of us went downstairs, all 3 kids, to see the commotion. It was too crowded with local residence trying to see the person obviously with some problem which can't be solved. The policeman avoided us from coming close to the taped area and i thought we better move away. My hubby went up the carpark building as they can see the action more clearly. Already there were around 20 to 30 odd ppl up the carpark. We were already at our Blk 526, when i heard ppl clapping hands. Two civil defence guys came down from the roof top on a rope and pushed the girl back to the room. She has been saved. Thanks to the S'pore Civil Defence rescue team. I found out later from my 2nd daughter (her classmate stays on the same flr) that the troubled person is only15 years old! So young and already willing to commit suicide! What drove her to That? i don't know but they were most likely to be relationship problems, stress in school, boy-girl problems and drugs? Can't help but feel sad for her.

To all the housewives out there : 'i know how you feel!!' I'm not bored coz i have absolutely nothing to do. On the contrary, i have lots of undone chores. I don't feel like doing it but hei! i have to do it whether i like it or not and sometimes i juz want to talk to an adult for a change.'dull' U know the feeling of not able to go out for just a while whenever u want is devastating! u don't know the feeling...

My elder daughter, Haseena, 10, wish is to have her own room. My hubby said she can when she turns 16. She said she can wait. Last week, both my girls said 'goodbye' to their bunk bed and was sleeping in their new white single bed from IKEA in their individual rooms. Dreams and Wishes Do Come True. There are conditions though..they have to vaccum and clean their own room and there with be spot checks now and then. IF they don't do as we say, their pocket $$ will be reduced. So far, not bad.
